湖南电建集团澳大利亚分公司将与澳大利亚***发电有限公司签订位于澳大利亚珀斯的4×500MW燃煤电站项目的主体工程施工合同。该公司委托成都市思译翻译有限公司将其拟定的中文合同文本翻译为英文。本人在成都市思译翻译有限公司实习期间，参与了该项目的部分翻译工作，合同全文共计25章，本人负责的具体章节为第17-25章。该部分内容包括工程款的计量与支付、竣工验收、缺陷责任与保修责任、保险、不可抗力、违约、索赔、争议的解决、通知及附录等条款内容，共计17000余字。

研讨反思：

1、提高了翻译技巧

在对译文的讨论中，我学习到了一定的翻译方法，如增译、省译、合译、替换、调整语序等，这对我后续的翻译实践有着一定的指导意义。

2、中英思维的差异

中文多竹节句，且逻辑关系不明显，在进行汉译英时，要读透原文中的逻辑，善用连接词进行英文句子的衔接。其次，中文多重复表达，在进行翻译时，合理运用省译、合译、替代等翻译方法，力求英文表达简洁。

3、专业知识的缺乏

由于源文本为工程类合同文本，包含大量工程和合同术语，由于专业背景的缺乏，许多术语都不能准确翻译。

4、表达的多样性

原文有较多重复表达，译文的替换表达较为匮乏，重复率比较高，应该多积累同义表达的替换。
