一、内容介绍

某咨询公司欲向其海外客户提供“AI时代中小企业智能化发展”咨询服务，委托成都市思译翻译有限公司将其收集到的相关报告译为英文。本人在思译公司实习期间，参与了该项目的翻译工作，承担前三章项目材料的翻译任务，共计1.5万余字。

材料主要分析在当前复杂经济局势下，在政策和资本助推下，各领域中小企业智能化发展的整体现状；从实现智能化的基础能力、认知能力、资源能力、生态能力、应用能力构建中小企业智能化发展评测的“五力模型”；结合AI时代发展特征，选取并分析五个不同领域的中小企业智能化发展典型案例，为中小企业智能化转型提供客观建议。

二、译文修改

例1：

三、研讨反思

通过此次研讨活动，在三位老师的指导点评之下，译者对译文的翻译有了以下总结与反思：

1. 注重英汉两种语言差异，中文动词使用广泛，对于多动词的句子在译为英文的过程中，需注意理清句子主干结构，合理处理动词，运用英语思维，转化为符合目的语读者语言习惯的句子。

2. 汉译英需注重显化句子或句段间逻辑关系。由于中文重意合，英文重形合，中文以达意为主，结构比较松散，英文注重形式上的连贯，所以在翻译过程中，需理清中文句意，注重英文的表达习惯，才能更好地处理对应英文句子层次，使得译文达意且通顺，避免翻译腔。

3. 该文本是信息型文本，主要传递事实、知识或观点等，语言逻辑性强，篇章结构紧凑，要注重语言表达简洁性，使语言通俗易懂。
