各国际学生培养学院（单位）：

    根据当前工作实际需要，学校决定召开2019年秋季学期国际学生中国法律、校纪校规教育大会，现将有关事项通知如下：

    一、时 间：2019年9月19日（周四），14:30正式开始；

    二、地 点：图书馆学术报告厅；

    三、参加人员：全体在读国际学生、国际学生辅导员，学生工作处、国际合作与交流处相关人员；

    四、有关要求：

    1.请各培养学院（单位）国际学生辅导员组织学生于14:15前按照座位安排（详见附件）完成就座，并清点、报告出勤情况；

    2.请告知所有国际学生不得穿拖鞋、奇装异服进入会场，不得将零食、有色饮料带入会场，不得提前退场，不得来回走动，且须把手机关机或调为震动状态。

All International Student Cultivation Schools (Units):

   According to the actual needs of the current work, the university decides to convene the Conference of Chinese Laws and School Regulations Education for International Students (Fall, 2019), the relevant matters are now notified as follows:

   1.Time: September 19, 2019 (Thursday), officially started at 14:30.

   2.Location: Library Academic Report Hall.

   3.Participants: All international students, international student counselors and

     relevant staff of Student Affairs Division and Office of International Affairs.

   4.Relevant requirements:

     （1）All international student counselors are requested to organize the students

          to complete the seating by 14:15 according to the seating schedule (see 

          attachment),and check and report the attendance.

     （2）Please inform all international students not to wear slippers and weird 

          clothes, not to bring snacks and colored drinks into the hall, not to leave 

          early,and not to walk back and forth. Cell phones must be turned off or 

          switched to mute mode.
